New North Road, Kingsland
We contracted Fergus and Richard to work with us on a renovation project we took on in Kingsland. The project consisted of propping the existing dwelling to enable excavating underneath to create a basement level for additional living space.
Covid-19 Level 4 lockdown happened in the middle of this project which stopped work on site for five weeks however we still finished the project on time and that was thanks to Fergus’ excellent project management and the teams hard work on site.
Fergus worked to a tight schedule, us and the clients were always clear on what was being worked on and when milestones were due to be reached. The quality of workmanship and overall running of this project was top notch and that is thanks to Fergus. Fergus also spent the time to give clear guidance to our apprentices to ensure they’re learning the right way, this is so important in the industry so we thank Fergus for treating our crew as if they are his own.

LYNBROOKE AVE, BLOCKHOUSE BAY
We commissioned Fergus and his team to replace and extend our rotting 40+ year old deck and posts. From start to finish Fergus and his team communicated well on all aspects of the project – from quoting, delivery and building. All project costs provided were timely, transparent and easy to understand.
The team were efficient and the project moved very quickly. Their attention to detail and quality was outstanding. A few problems arose during the project but Fergus and the team always provided simple and cost effective solutions.
We really appreciate their hard work and perseverance, building a deck in the winter can be tough and problematic. We are very happy and impressed with the results. Our friends and families have also commented on how amazing the new deck looks.

We recently commissioned Fergus and his team again to complete a second project at our property. The team levelled an old spa pool area, laid drainage, built a new retaining wall, steps, shed platform, gate and laid concrete. Their attention to detail was outstanding and all aspects of the project were completed to a high standard.

Glade place - Birkenhead
Glade Place was a high end, extensive renovation project which involved the existing house being lifted, an entire second storey built underneath, most of the midfloor and upper level completely rebuilt including creating new high pitched ceilings and full replacement of timber joinery.
Fergus and his team’s attention to detail was fantastic and their high level of finishing complemented this project perfectly. Fergus managed a team of 7 carpenters on site and all subcontractors without a hitch and well ahead of schedule, this is a true testament of Fergus’s project management skills. This was a complex job which Fergus completed with ease and without stress. We are really looking forward to our next project with Fergus and his team.

We recently engaged Fergus and the team to renovate our house, which involved lifting the existing house, remodelling it and adding a new floor. Fergus and his team have done numerous work on our villa over the past three years. We have found them to be reliable, honest and respectful. Their workmanship is of a high standard and they have put right a number of building compliance issues that they came across when carrying out work.
The various jobs include the master bedroom, installing new boutique double glazed windows in our kitchen, dining room and lounge. Our main deck has been re-clad. The verandas have been extended and lined to keep birds out.
